2020 Spring Festival Vacation Schedule

The Chinese New Year is just around the corner. During the Spring Festival vacation, we will stop shipping packages and customer service. Once the vacation is over, we will try our best to deliver the orders soon. It may take about 3-5 working days to send out backlog orders (except pre-orders). Thank you for your understanding and attention.

Please check our vacation schedule:
1. Spring Festival vacation: Jan. 20 to Jan. 31, 2020
The customer service team will still handle emails, but only address and item changing and order cancellation, other emails will be responded when they back to work on Feb. 01.

2. The USA Warehouse will be working normally, except weekends.
Only the orders of the USA Warehouse will be shipped normally.

3. The orders of the Hong Kong Warehouse and the CN-SZ Warehouse (except pre-orders) paid before Jan. 19 can be shipped before the vacation. It's recommended to place your orders ASAP. It will take 3-5 working days to ship out backlogged orders when we come back on Feb. 01. Thanks for your understanding.
